About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Yeldam's QSR, Central Kitchen, Store Operations, and Support Staff requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.

• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

• Experience in QSR, Hospitality, Retail, Food & Beverage hiring preferred.

• Good knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment processes.

• Strong communication, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for QSR, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, or central kitchens.
