🔔 Executive - HR Recruitment
📍 Location: Kolkata
🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience (mandatory)
We are hiring a driven HR Executive who can own end-to-end recruitment and deliver results within defined timelines. This role is for professionals who can work independently and close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Execute aggressive sourcing across job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
• Partner closely with hiring managers to meet manpower targets
• Conduct screenings and interviews; drive selection decisions
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closure
• Ensure 100% compliance in onboarding and documentation
• Maintain ATS, hiring data, and recruitment metrics
• Support employer branding, job fairs, and campus drives
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
✔ Proven track record of closing positions on time
✔ Strong communication, follow-ups, and stakeholder management
✔ Ability to handle multiple roles under pressure
