Job Title: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter for Urjaa Recruitment Consultancy. This role involves handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles

• Call and screen candidates for job opportunities (No sales)

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

• Follow up with candidates until final selection and joining

• Maintain candidate database in Excel/CRM

• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruitment consultancy or BPO hiring

• Knowledge of IT / Non-IT hiring

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
