💼 Job Title: Freelance Recruiter – Domestic IT Recruitment

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to help us close positions across various domestic clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and should have access to Naukri portal for sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination with candidates.

Work on domestic IT requirements (both permanent and contractual roles).

Source candidates through Naukri, social media, and professional networks.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Share daily or weekly recruitment progress updates.

Requirements:

1–2 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic).

Naukri portal access is mandatory.

Strong understanding of technical job roles and keywords.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Attractive incentives starting from ₹10,000+ per closure (depending on the position and complexity).
