Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels. Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates. Contact candidates through phone, email, and other communication channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.
Explain job opportunities, requirements, location, compensation, and employment terms to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and work with US staffing concepts such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Stay updated on US IT job-market trends and commonly used technologies.
