We are hiring US Recruiters to join our growing team in Dehradun. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build or grow their careers in global talent acquisition and US recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for US-based clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets (KPIs)

• Build and manage candidate pipelines

👤 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Freshers:

• Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

✔ Experienced Candidates:

• 6 months+ experience in recruitment

• Experience in US recruitment preferred

• Exposure to IT/Non-IT hiring

• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

💼 Skills Required

• Strong English communication (verbal & written)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good sourcing and screening skills

• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
