Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic freshers for the role of HR Executive in Madurai. Candidates should have good communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in recruitment and HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment process

• Screening and shortlisting candidates

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

• Maintaining candidate database and reports

• Posting job openings on job portals and social media

• Following up with candidates regarding interview status

• Supporting daily HR operations

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate

• 2025 / 2026 batch freshers only

• Male candidates preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge required

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
