Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling multiple positions, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles
Understand hiring requirements from clients or internal stakeholders
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn) and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal teams
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure candidate joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months –5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle
Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring (as per requirement)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach
Preferred Skills:
Experience in consultancy/recruitment firm
Client interaction and requirement understanding
