Talent Acquisition – Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment process and help identify and hire the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate interactions/interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Assist with offer, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
