Sourcing & Attraction: Find candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events, building talent pipelines. Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), assess skills, and present top candidates. Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and work closely with hiring managers. Offers & Onboarding: Negotiate offers, conduct background checks, and assist with new hire integration. Administration: Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.). Essential Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field often required.Experience: Proven recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and judgment skills.Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
