Work Mode: Work from office,

Working Days: 6 Days, (5 Days Work from Office, Saturday WFH)

Working Hours:9 hours

Education: Any degree PG/UG graduates.

Salary: Open – Based on Experience & Skillset

Experience:

·         Minimum 6 months to 10 years of relevant experience.

·         Strong exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Willing to relocate or currently residing within 5 km of our office.

·         Knowledge of job portals (Naukri,Foundit, etc.) and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

• Sourcing candidates via job portals, social platforms, referrals, etc.

• Managing client requirements and maintaining talent pipelines.

• Coordinating and following up with the candidates.

• Reporting and documentation of recruitment metrics.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
