Job Opening: Recruiter cum Team Leader – Field Sales Hiring

Client: Paytm
Role: Recruiter cum TL – FSE (Field Sales Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end hiring for Field Sales Executive (FSE) roles

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels

• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews

• Manage and guide a team of recruiters

• Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met

• Track joining, activation, and attrition

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for manpower planning

• Maintain hiring reports and MIS

Team Leader (TL) Responsibilities:

• Assign targets to recruiters and monitor performance

• Ensure quality hiring and timely closures

• Motivate the team to achieve team hiring targets

• Act as a single point of contact for client coordination

Requirements:

• Experience in bulk hiring / field sales hiring

• Prior experience in Team Handling preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under target-based pressure

Target & Performance:

• Individual and team hiring targets

• Performance measured on closures, joining ratio, and quality

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
