We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating applicants and extending job offers. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and help build a strong employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, update, and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and our company careers page.
Source potential candidates using online channels, databases, and professional networks.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms to evaluate qualifications and suitability for the role.
Coordinate and conduct various types of interviews (phone, video, in-person) using reliable recruiting and selection tools.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.
Manage job offers, including negotiating compensation and benefits, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire to refine and improve recruitment strategies.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Experience with various sourcing techniques and interview formats.
Solid understanding of basic labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
