📌 Job Title: Recruiter – IT & Non-IT
📍 Location: Remote / Bangalore Office
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Negotiate offers and ensure candidates join successfully.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
