HR Recruiter (Tech & Non-Tech Hiring)
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to handle both Technical and Non-Technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound recruitment calls for tech and non-tech positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Tech and Non-Tech recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, or LinkedIn is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Additional Requirement:
Willing to travel to client locations if required.
