Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in BFSI hiring, specifically in gold loan or secured lending roles. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles (Gold Loan / NBFC hiring)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups
- Track hiring progress and maintain MIS reports
- Ensure good offer-to-joining ratio
- Build and manage candidate database
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in BFSI sector
- Experience in hiring for Gold Loan / Sales / Field roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently (Work From Home setup)
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Bulk hiring experience
- Understanding of NBFC / Fintech hiring
- Strong candidate closing ability
Work Details:
