Position : HR Recruiter

Job Description

• Managed end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across multiple clients, including Zepto, Blinkit, DMart , Amazon, and other logistics, retail, and warehouse operations.

• Handled hiring for positions such as Pickers & Packers, Loader, ETC.

• Sourced candidates through, Job Hai, Workindia, employee referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment drives.

• Scheduled interviews, coordinated with client hiring managers, and ensured timely interview closures.

• Coordinated onboarding activities, including document verification, background checks, and joining formalities.

• Maintained daily recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
