Weekoff : Sunday off

Timings : 10am - 7pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.

• Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

• Source and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate document collection and joining formalities.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, sales, or service-sector hiring.

• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
