Lime Tree Hotels & Service Apartment Private Limited is a leading provider of quality accommodations and service apartments. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team and help manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Update Job Descriptions: Draft, review, and update job descriptions to ensure they are aligned with the organization's hiring needs.

• Source and Engage Candidates: Utilize online platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media) to actively search for and engage potential candidates.

• Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule in-depth interviews with short-listed candidates.

• Evaluate Candidates: Assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit through interviews and evaluation tests.

• Post Job Openings: Advertise job vacancies on relevant job portals and social media channels.

• Shortlisting and Collaboration: Shortlist candidates for final interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.

• Background Checks: Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidates meet the organization’s standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of resume databases and sourcing techniques.

  • Sound judgment and an eye for detail.

• Working Days: 6 days a week.

• Duration: 3-month internship.

• Additional Requirements:

  • Must be an immediate joiner.

  • Walk-in interviews only.

  • Candidate should be open to learning and adapting to various recruitment processes.
