We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Support Workers across Australia, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit Support Workers across Australia
Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments
Review and verify candidate documents (resume, certifications, clearances, etc.)
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and databases
Manage and organize recruitment documentation efficiently
Coordinate onboarding processes and compliance checks
Create recruitment templates using AI tools (job ads, interview questions, email templates, etc.)
Use MS Word and Excel for reporting, tracking, and data management
Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements
Ensure recruitment processes comply with NDIS and organizational standards
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Recruitment or HR (preferably in disability, healthcare, or aged care)
Strong communication and interviewing skills (Fluent English is mandatory)
Experience in document management and data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content and template creation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
Professional, ethical, and confidential approach
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience hiring for international roles (Australia preferred)
Background in healthcare or community services recruitment
