Key Responsibilities & Duties
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and manage the pre-onboarding process.
ATS Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for applicants, maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
