### 🧑‍💼 ROLE: Recruitment – Back Office, Chat & Calling Process

**Work Tasks:**

• Posting jobs on WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn

• Chatting with candidates on social media

• Calling candidates for screening & follow-ups

• Understanding job requirements

• Matching candidates to job openings

• Sharing candidate profiles & regular follow-ups

• Handling email communication

• Basic Excel data management

### ⏱ Work Hours

• **Full Time:** 10 hours/day

• **Part Time:** 5 hours/day

• 1 Weekday Off

### 💰 Salary

• **Part Time:** Up to ₹5,000/month

• **Full Time:** Up to ₹10,000/month

• **Incentives:** ₹10,000 – ₹30,000

*(From 2nd/3rd month based on performance)*
