Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions accordingly
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, references, and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback
Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment records using ATS or Excel
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Create engaging job posts to attract relevant candidates
Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
