Job Description
IHRS India is hiring an HR Trainee / HR Coordinator to support daily HR and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain basic employee records and documents
Assist with attendance, leave, and HR data
Coordinate background verification and paperwork
Handle basic employee queries
Requirements
Graduate / MBA HR (fresher or pursuing)
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
Willingness to learn and work in a team
