Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with expertise in Tier 1, Prime Vendor, and Direct Client recruitment within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct recruiting techniques.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future job openings. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary support and guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in IT recruitment.
