We are looking for a proactive RECRUITER (third-party role) who will work closely with our clients and manage their end-to-end hiring needs through our platform.
This role involves coordinating with employers, screening candidates, managing hiring pipelines, and ensuring successful placements while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hiring requirements for assigned salon clients and act as their dedicated hiring point of contact
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for salon job openings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients hiring with us
• Ensure smooth interview scheduling, follow-ups, and successful placements
• Maintain hiring records and support internal team coordination when needed
Requirements
• Experience in recruitment, HR, client management, or similar role
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
• Comfortable coordinating with salon owners and job candidates regularly
Preferred:
• Experience in salon/beauty industry hiring
• Experience in a recruitment agency or placement services
• Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance incentives
