Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for construction, mining, manufacturing, and other field-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for blue collar roles such as drivers, helpers, technicians, welders, operators, and construction workers.

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and local networks.

• Screen candidates through phone calls and short interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.

• Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.

Requirements:

• Experience in blue collar or mass recruitment preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and local hiring sources.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, job portals, email).

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (Blue collar hiring preferred)

Industry: Construction / Mining / Manufacturing / Logistics
