HR Recruiter – Paytm
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for field sales and operational roles at Paytm. Duties include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references; screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews; coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers; maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports; managing onboarding documentation; and ensuring timely closure of open positions while meeting monthly hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for open positions
Conduct telephonic screening/interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment MIS/reports
Support onboarding and documentation
