Job Description: HR Recruiter (Consultancy Focus)

• Partner with Client Managers: Collaborate with external hiring managers to define staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone/video interviews, screen resumes, and evaluate applicant skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Client Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and client companies, providing regular updates on the recruitment process.

• Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing feedback and guiding them through the onboarding process.

• Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between the candidate and client.

• System Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to maintain up-to-date candidate records and track metrics like time-to-fill.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally within a consultancy or recruitment agency.

• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and job board management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
