Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers for

requirements and managing candidate records. The position helps build the company’s workforce

by sourcing and evaluating talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

• Manage candidate records and maintain recruitment databases or ATS systems.

• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.

• Screen candidates through job boards, databases.

• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment databases.

• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
