Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Gujarat - India (On-site)

Type: Full-time (NIGHT SHIFT)

About the Role We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals passionate about sales, communication, and the US staffing industry. You’ll be working with our bench consultants across different visa statuses and marketing them to top-tier clients and vendors across the US.

Key Responsibilities

•Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to implementation partners,direct clients, and vendors.

•Build strong relationships with consultants by staying in constant communication.

•Submit consultants to job requirements on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, and other platforms.

•Negotiate contract rates and terms with vendors and clients.

•Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS/CRM.

•Track and report daily/weekly activities to the team lead or manager.

•Proactively identify new clients and vendors to expand business reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

•Passion for sales and client interaction.

•Willingness to work in US EST night shift.

•Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is an advantage.

•Bachelor's degree in any field.
