We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in RPO / IT Staffing / Bulk Hiring, who can manage end-to-end recruitment and thrive in a target-driven environment.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1+ Years in IT Recruitment / RPO
🏢 Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
👩 Preferred: First priorty Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across multiple skill sets
🔹 Handle bulk hiring / volume hiring for client projects within defined timelines
🔹 Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
🔹 Manage interview scheduling, interview coordination, feedback tracking, and candidate communication
🔹 Work closely with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
🔹 Ensure strong candidate engagement and minimize drop-offs during the hiring process
🔹 Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, onboarding, and joining formalities
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
🔹 Manage hiring bandwidth, requisition prioritization, and delivery expectations across multiple open positions
🔹 Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring IT requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / RPO / Staffing
✅ Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and volume hiring
✅ Strong ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience is mandatory
✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring
✅ Strong experience in interview coordination and candidate lifecycle management
✅ Good understanding of bandwidth management and hiring prioritization
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven hiring environment
✅ Experience in maintaining recruitment MIS, ATS data, and hiring reports
