Role Overview
As part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT hiring for leading clients. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand client requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a great candidate experience
Track and manage recruitment metrics and meet hiring targets
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closures
Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
1+years of experience in IT recruitment (RPO experience preferred)
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
