• Aapko calling ke liye numbers provide kiye jayenge

• Un numbers par outbound calling karni hogi

• Call karke interested candidates identify karne honge

• Interested candidates ki onboarding process complete karwani hogi

• Onboarding ke baad candidates ko order milestone complete karwane ke liye guide aur follow-up karna hoga

• Daily basis par communication aur follow-up maintain karna hoga

• 1 hiring → 1 ka payout

• 5 hiring → 5 ka payout

• 0 hiring → No payout
