We are currently inviting applications for 10 vacancies for the position of Recruiter Intern.

1. Role Overview & Schedule

• Position Title: Recruiter Intern

• Department: Human Resources & TA

• Program Duration: 6 Months

• Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

2. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Actively identify, source, and attract eligible Admission Counselors across job boards, social channels, and professional networks.

• Candidate Screening & Qualification: Evaluate applicant resumes against defined company criteria, ensuring candidates match technical and operational requirements.

• Interview & Onboarding Logistics: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule multi-stage interviews, and manage structured candidate databases for talent pipeline tracking.

• Training & Orientation Coordination: Support the Training & Development team in facilitating orientation sessions, workshops, and training schedules for new counselors.

• Team Engagement & Retention: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with the Admission Counselor team, motivating and guiding them to become active in field operations.

• Process Improvement: Assist HR management in evaluating recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate onboarding experience.

3. Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Freshers Only).

• Preferred Stream: BBA, B.Com, MBA, PGDM (HRM & Marketing specialization highly preferred).

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite and professional email etiquette.

• Availability: Immediate Joiners only.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Growth

• Fixed Project-Based Stipend: Up to ₹1,50,000 baseline project stipend.

• Performance Incentive: Variable incentive based on targets.

• Technology Reward: Get an iPad provided upon completing the benchmark internship completion.

• Employment Opportunity: Full-Time Employment (PPO) opportunity post-internship with a minimum CTC of up to ₹3,50,000 PA.

• Certification: Official Internship Certificate, Recommendation Letter, and Experience Letter.

5. Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

• Personal Laptop with an updated operating system and a working webcam/audio.

• Proper, stable, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection at home.

• Smartphone for daily team communications and operational coordination.
