Job Title: Team Leader – Recruitment & Staffing

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 to 2Years (Staffing/Consultancy background preferred)

Loaction - Mansarovar jaipur

Salary - 20k to 25k

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters to achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Coordination).

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity across the team.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support new client onboarding.

Track hiring pipeline and provide daily/weekly reports to management.

Ensure quality of hires, timely closures, and adherence to SLAs.

Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in sourcing, communication, and negotiation.

Resolve team issues and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1 to 2 years’ experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting (mandatory).

Prior experience in team handling or senior recruiter role.

Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.)

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
