💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Research potential clients, vendors, and hiring companies in the US market
✔ Generate leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other research tools
✔ Build targeted prospect lists and market intelligence reports
✔ Maintain CRM and research databases accurately
✔ Support recruitment and business development teams

🎯 Required Skills:
✅ Experience in US Staffing / Non-IT Recruitment Research
✅ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & lead generation tools
✅ Good communication and analytical skills
✅ Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, MSP/VMS is an added advantage
