Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to manage the hiring process on for our client. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, tracking recruitment metrics, improving hiring strategies, and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for client's hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Analyze recruitment data (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness)
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives.
