Understand client requirements and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job suitability.
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and work authorization status.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and pipeline updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients to support ongoing hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
