Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skill sets.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Basic understanding of US IT technologies and job roles.

• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.

• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience or internship in recruitment, staffing, or HR is an advantage.

• Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is a plus.
