Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calling candidates regarding job opportunities

• Explaining job roles and company details to candidates

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles based on requirements

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

• Sending interview details through Email and WhatsApp

• Maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates

• Updating recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Coordinating with internal teams regarding hiring updates

• Assisting candidates during onboarding and joining process

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment process

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and Job Portals
