Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support HR operations and employer branding activities
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Excel and email communication
