The Junior Admin & Purchase Executive supports day-to-day administrative activities and assists in purchase, vendor coordination, and basic inventory management to ensure smooth office and site operations.
Assist in daily office administration and coordination activities.
Support purchase processes: collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors for material orders, deliveries, and basic negotiations.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
Assist in inventory and store management, including stock entries and material issue records.
Support site teams with material coordination and logistics.
Handle courier services, local purchases, and office errands.
Assist HR and Accounts with admin and purchase-related documentation.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration preferred).
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of admin and purchase processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for local travel and vendor/site coordination.
Valid driving license required.
