PROPERTY SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
A Hotel/Resort Property Supervisor in India oversees daily operations, maintenance, and staff performance to ensure high guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and compliance with hospitality standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms, managing maintenance repairs, supervising housekeeping/security staff, resolving guest complaints, and managing vendor relationships for upkeep.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Property Maintenance & Inspection: Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. Ensuring essential facilities like lighting, water, and elevators are fully functional.
Operational Supervision: Monitoring daily housekeeping, front office, and maintenance operations to ensure seamless service.
Staff Management: Training, scheduling, motivating, and supervising staff, including cleaners, security guards, and maintenance teams.
Guest Satisfaction: Addressing guest complaints and special requests efficiently to ensure a memorable experience.
Vendor & Asset Management: Overseeing repairs, renovations, and maintenance contracts, and managing inventory.
Reporting: Preparing daily shift reports and communicating maintenance issues to management.
