Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Pre-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, qualifying potential buyers, building customer relationships, scheduling meetings and site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to property enquiries from digital marketing campaigns, social media, property portals, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase intentions.

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages using approved information.

• Qualify leads and identify genuine prospective buyers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.

• Schedule customer meetings and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

• Collect post-site-visit feedback and support further follow-ups towards booking.

• Update all lead details, call outcomes, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Maintain accurate daily reports and achieve assigned calling, meeting, and site-visit targets.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.

• Basic understanding of real estate and property sales.

• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.

• Target-oriented attitude with good time management.

• Real-estate telesales, pre-sales, or customer relationship experience is preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, inside sales, or real estate is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply for associate-level positions.

Performance Expectations

• Timely lead response and consistent follow-ups.

• Quality lead qualification and meeting/site-visit scheduling.

• Accurate CRM updates and daily reporting.

• Contribution to site visits, customer engagement, and sales conversions.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
