Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to the Managing Director who can provide high-level administrative support and manage the MD’s schedule, communications, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinate with departments for updates and follow-ups
Arrange travel, meetings, and official events
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
3–5 years experience as PA / Executive Assistant
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professional and well-organized personality
