Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional follow-up skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires handling confidential information, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and acting as a key communication bridge between the MD and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Track and follow up on all action items assigned by the MD across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
Conduct internet research and compile business insights whenever required.
Organize meetings, record action points, and monitor execution.
Maintain trackers, schedules, and documentation for ongoing projects.
Support the MD in administrative, operational, and coordination activities.
Handle personal coordination tasks of the MD whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior management.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
