Payroll Manager

Raymoon Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, ESIC, LWF, audit coordination, and challan preparation. This role demands accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute monthly payroll processing for all employees.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of ESIC, LWF, and other statutory contributions.

Prepare and file compliance challans as per government regulations.

Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to internal audit standards.

Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during payroll audits.

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll compliance requirements.

Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll integration.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

4 to 8 years of proven experience in payroll management.

Strong knowledge of ESIC, LWF, PF, TDS, and other statutory components.

Experience in preparing and filing compliance challans.

Familiarity with audit processes and documentation.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
