Payroll Manager

We are looking for a payroll Manager to join our team at A2Z YOUTHSOLUTION to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund.

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and payroll systems.

• Handle statutory filings, returns, and audits related to payroll and labour law.

• Liaise with government authorities and external auditors for compliance matters.

• Monitor changes in labour laws and implement necessary updates in company policies.

• Support HR in drafting and maintaining compliance-related documentation.

• Provide guidance to management on payroll and compliance risks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
