Job Summary

Wisecor Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in salary processing, payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and portal management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

Prepare and verify monthly salary calculations and payroll reports.

Upload salary files and payroll data on the respective portals/software.

Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.

Generate and maintain PF & ESIC challans and related documentation.

Coordinate with accounts and HR teams for payroll inputs and validations.

Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance submissions.

Maintain employee payroll records and confidential information.

Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, and ESIC.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.

Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, challan preparation, and portal handling.

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software/tools.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in Commerce, HR, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.

Experience in consultancy or staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling payroll independently.

Good communication and coordination skills preferred.
